The PURE Juice Tray is made from food-safe #304 stainless steel. It is polished to a mirror finish for easy cleaning and lasting beauty. The juice tray features a sloped gutter in the front, allowing quicker evacuation of the juice. With tall sides, the need for slowing or “feathering” the press to reduce overflow is significantly reduced. We highly recommend feathering the first part of the press cycle, followed by full speed and full pressure once the first rush of juice is complete. Using this approach with care, a 2-pack of press cloths can be pressed at one time without overflowing and producing up to a full liter of juice.
